Reopening After COVID-19: Our Mission
Our mission in reopening our early learning center is in alignment with the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), it is to increase access to child programs while continuing to protect children and staff and prevent the spread of COVID-19. As we reopened our early learning center, on July 6th, 2020, we put safety first to protect our families and staff. Priceless Moments, Inc. will continue working closely with the Department of Early Education and Care, which is working with the Department of Public Health, CDC, stakeholders, and experts in the field of epidemiology and pediatrics to develop solutions that balance the needs of children and families with public health and safety.
Fighting COVID-19:
In addition to the mandated workplace safety standard for reopening outlined by Governor Baker's Reopening Plan for Massachusetts, Priceless Moments will also follow Child Care policies mandated by EEC.
- Workplace Safety Standards for Reopening
- Social Distancing Protocols
- Hygiene Protocols
- Staffing and Operations
- Cleaning and Disinfecting
To comply with some of the new EEC policies and procedures, we have made business operational changes. A detailed plan was prepared, submitted, and approved by EEC.
The following Modeled Moment videos, a result of this co-creation exercise, are a gift from Teaching Strategies® and ReadyRosie™ to early childhood educators to share with the families they serve—FREE and ACCESSIBLE for ALL. This “mission critical” content so that all families are empowered to support loving and bonding experiences in their homes during stressful and uncertain times.
