Our toddler curriculum is creative, exciting and designed to embrace a fun time filled with many milestones such as walking, talking, running, scribbling and many more! The program is based on the needs and development of very young children by providing experiences and environments which go beyond basic care and supervision. At this age children are learning and discovering mathematics relationships, exploring like scientists, making friends, and building language and literacy skills.
The program provides experiences which foster the development of trusting relationships between adults and children. Teachers establish individual and group developmental plans based on a curriculum that accommodates and encourages small group and/or individual activities including: block building, socio-dramatic play, art, music, science, math, manipulative, book reading, and writing.
Our toddler classrooms are divided into two phases to help the children through these important early developmental milestones.
Stage 1
These are our younger toddlers. On average these toddlers start transitioning to the Toddler 2 program, at approximately 15 months.
Stage 2
These are our older toddlers, ages ranging from 16 - 33 months.
